Ridiculously nervous about sigmoidoscopy

Silly I know, majorly worrying about it tomorrow. It freaks me out anything going near my bum, I need to calm down 😭

Honestly it's nothing. I've had colonoscopies a few times and the sedation is 😊 lovely! You won't feel anything going inside your bum as you have painkiller and sedation. You may or may not remember it. I do and I was fascinated watching the screen. Nothing is as bad as the kleanprep you take the day before... try not to worry about it.

I've not had any prep getting an enema, I'll make the most of the sedation :D
