CT scan for sinuses

A couple of weeks ago I had a ct scan of the sinuses for chronic sinusitis. Results are back and doctor has requested to see me albeit routinely.
Anyone know what the possible diagnosis/treatments are likely to be?

Nasal polyps

Can be managed conservatively (nose spray/drops) or surgically, where they are removed but will probably grow back.

Spot on 7to25! Advised to have surgical removal so hoping it will get rid of the symptoms especially the tooth pain
