Looking for advice on behalf of a relative who was diagnosed with a blood clot in her arm at Christmas. She has been on medication since then but complained today that her arm has swollen slightly again. Her hand is a slightly darker shade than the other one. Should she be concerned? The GP has given her an appointment in 3 weeks but I'm wondering if it should be left that long?
