Glad yours is working for you OP. I'm currently sat in a waiting room ready for my removal appointment. Flipping thing has caused me no end of trouble for 3 months and now it's coming out 😁

Oh dear although I must admit he did tell me 6 to 12 months guess I must just be lucky. Hope all goes well for you. It's no fun 😟

Glad it worked for you! Mine worked too initially then after causing no end of grief it had to go. Am now awaiting (very much hoping for) a hysterectomy.

I'm the same as My Beloved. I've had two over about 6 years but failed for me.

Now waiting for a hysterectomy

I got pregnant on the mirena coil so wouldn't have it again (and had breast cancer last year so have been strongly advised against it) but I know lots of people who have been happy with it.

Horses for courses and all that... Smile

I've had mine for 7 months and I'm really happy with it. Had some weird ovary pains for a couple of months but very settled now, almost no period just a day or so, or light spotting (I didn't have them on the pill either so my body seems to just respond that way)

Love mine, went from the copper coil to the mirena, best move ever!!
