high grade dyskaryosis

Hi,

Just had my first smear test, 2 years late which I'm now regretting. I've just opened my letter and it says I have tested positive for abnormal cells - high grade dyskaryosis?

Can I hear some stories of others, who have had this result? Next step, future etc
