What can I do with this

Have a rotten cold, now have this.
Brush teeth twice daily and normally use a tongue scraper. Help !

Looks fairly normal, maybe a little overgrown but probably due to increased mouth breathing if you've a cold. I wouldn't worry too much about it unless it's painful or associated with other symptoms (once your cold has gone).
