Hi, I'm having some problems with a tooth that has had 2 root canals on it, later cracked in half and was built up again, and now has a long term infection around the root. I've been convinced by my dentist that I need it pulled out and an implant put in. I really want a second opinion and, if I do have this done, to have it done by someone really good....does anyone have any recommendations for excellent dentists in London? Ideally west or central. Thank you.
