I'm on the 2nd set of 38 trays, and it's all going fine, no problems as such, no pain and my teeth are looking comparatively good as I'm bloody brushing/flossing/rinsing so often.
However - my first trays were very yellow by the end of the two weeks, and the top tray of this set is also looking decidedly stained. Why?? And what can I do about it??
I'm not eating or drinking with them in, and I always do the whole cleaning routine before putting them back in.
For the first set I used Retainer Brite to clean them once a day, plus soap/water & toothbrush each two me I took them out.
This time I'm doing the retainer brite only twice a week (I've read mixed opinions on the internet), but they're still staining - only the top ones though.
Any ideas on how to a)clean them and b)avoid this in the future?
