PMS- help!

I get bad PMS, tears, grumpy, bloating, lose memory, feel vaguely ill. DH feeds me chocolate to stop me shouting at me. I'm now at the point of needing help.

Can anyone recommend supplements or anything else that could help my symptoms please. Thanks

I find taking a magnesium supplement really helps me. I also warn him when it's starting and remind him to do the stuff that irritates me if left (dumping plates on top of the dishwasher without checking its status is my biggest trigger!) so he can keep on top of that.

You name it, I've tried it. I've got an appointment with a nurse in a couple of weeks.

I'm going to see if there's any format of contraception that will stop my periods completely. I'm hoping that no period will equal no pmt.
