Could anyone shed any light, I'm getting worried about dd2

For quite while dd2 (5) has been complaining of tummy ache, I took her to the doctors and they passed it off as constipation.

Last week she was sick in the early hours of Thursday morning, and, though she hasn't been sick since, she has hardly eaten and has been complaining more than usual of an upset tummy, she went to her friends party yesterday and wanted to come home after an hour, she didn't have a bite to eat.

Over the weekend I have encouraged her to drink orange juice, squash, milk etc, which she has been drinking and has managed to go a couple of times.

But, I am getting worried now, she is still very pale, not eating much, but is drinking quite a bit, (even her teachers mentioned how pale she looked), but, I have noticed that for the past few days she has been falling over and losing her balance. Could this be due to not eating much?

I have no idea what is wrong but I do think you need to see another Doctor. Ring NHS Direct in the meantime. 0845 46 47.

Poor thing
I would take her back to your surgery for a second opinion just to be safe.

YEAH, VERY HARD TO TELL WHAT IT IS. MY DD 5YRS SUFFERS BADLY WITH CONSTIPATION BUT WILL GET VERY FLUSHED IN THE FACE WITH NO ENERGY. SHE WILL LIE AROUND A LOT. SHES BEEN V BAD AND EVEN GOT DIHORERIA AND MESSED HERSELF OVER THE WEEKEND [TWICE] WITH BAD STOMACHE PAINS,TEMPERATURE. SHE NEVER GETS SICK WITH IT THOUGH, YOUR DD'S SOUNDS MORE LIKE A BUG WHERE YOU GET VERY VERY WEAK AND DIZZY BUT THEN YOU SAY SHE HAS BEEN LIKE IT FOR SOME TIME. HOW LONG? POOR THING.I WOULD IMAGINE NOT EATING PROPERLY COULD MAKE HER LIKE THAT AND ALSO CONTRIBUTE TO THE VERY BAD CRAMPING PAINS TOO. HOPE YOU GET SOME BETTER HELP FROM NHS DIRECT TONIGHT. SORRY NOT MUCH HELP
