What can this pain be?

I've had terrible pain in my upper arm, first on one side, now on both for about 6 weeks. The front of my right shoulder is also giving me pain. It's so bad now that I can barely turn round to put my jacket on.

I haven't done anything to cause this, that I can think of, Any suggestions as to what this pain could be?

Trapped nerve?

Slipped disc in neck refers to shoulder too

Frozen shoulder?

I second the frozen shoulder.
