Hi I'm not sure if it's the right place to post but I have an endometrioma on my ovary. I've been experiencing quite a bit of pain in the last day which feels like it is getting worse. I thought it might be mittelscmertz (don't think that's how you spell it!) where you have pain on ovulating but I did a test which said I wasn't ovulating. I'm getting worried!
