Has anyone here had one? I had this done yesterday, the injection was not exactly pleasant!! I was told at the time they were also adding extra local anaesthetic and I need to see over the next few days if it helps my symptoms.
Since the procedure it has been pretty uncomfortable, seems a slightly different pain to the usual pain I experience, sharper but in the same place. So my question, to anyone who has had one, how long after the procedure did it affect you, if at all?
I didn't ask whether it would hurt afterwards, they didn't say, and of course now I'm wondering if I should be expecting a period of discomfort before perhaps seeing an improvement from the local (although wouldn't that wear off quite quickly?...
