I know this has been done to death, but can I give DD1 (4.9) Calpol and Actifed at the same time?

DD2 has a really rotten cold and a nasty cough. I can never remember if there are any reasons why I shouldn't combine paracetemol with the active ingredients in Actifed. I know that Tixylix and Calpol is OK, but DD2 doesn't get on well at all with Tixylix.

I use both together for DD.

Thanks - I shall dose her up now, then. Poor wee mite is really struggling today!
