I'm now 6weeks postpartum. No problems so far and no unusual pain. Started spotting two days ago and now starting to come through a bit more and bright red still no pain or anything. I'm concerned because I didn't think that my period would come so soon. Could it be something else? I'm exclusively breastfeeding and I also had an episiotomy. Anyone else had this or anything similar. I have my check up in two days, shall I wait to find out or should I go to see someone sooner? I don't know what to do.
