😭any one had one?
I'm totally feeling on my own, I'm 30 and just been diagnosed with a prolapse, doctors just had a quick look not a feel. And said to do pelvic excercises and come back in 6 weeks if no better for physio and I'm to young for op.
I'm 19 months pp, since Jan been excercising like crazy, and I think it has made matters worse...
Starting the other day, every time I poo something drops out my virgina (not by much) and it's hard to go.
Also pretty sure bladder has prolapsed to as need to see a lot.

YES! I had a small one... exercise/HIIT/kettle bells did make it worse!

I had physio and I 'think' that i'm all better now.

It's just something that happens but I do know how you must be feeling, it's awful and can really knock your confidence but it'll get better with help! Hope you feel better soon.

Thank you. I have been googling like crazy 😭. I'm guessing mine is big as can feel it? I'm honestly panicked that the excercises won't help and it's all going to fall out. Literally need a poop (sorry tmi). But can't! This time last week I was fine 😩.
I know no one who has been through the same!

Yes 😥 I'm same age & It's awful isn't it? I'm waiting for gynae appointment. It's really upsetting me too, I haven't told anyone apart from DH & he thinks it's fine. I'm also so annoyed as I know it's happened because my episiotomy stitches broke after 2/3 weeks and professionals didn't believe me or do anything just 🙄 First time mum etc. Picking up my dc is getting harder too. It's very lonely.
littlered did you see specialist physio? How long did it take?

LittleRed90 · 01/03/2017 14:22

Joy - I was the same! My stitches split open! They did offer me surgery in the end but I really wanted to try physio first. I was referred to a physio who was knowledgable but not too sure whether she specialised as such. It took a good couple of months and I saw her once a week. I'd had so many gynae surgeries/procedures, I was just sick to death of hospitals to be honest.... Isn't pregnancy just great!? ha!

Just to make you feel better, I was only 26 at the time!

I'd give the physio a good go and if it's not improving, the physio can refer you. x

Joys of screaming joys! Bless you!
Mine births were ok but I knew after my third something was up as I was wetting my self and so so so sore (more sore than my other 2!). Strangely no longer wet my self so thought I had got stronger. How ever after them all I did no kegels I was useless at them...... I forgot and didn't think this would happen just thought I would have a loose virgina not that my organs would try to fall out.
