Wasnt quite sure where to post this but often read about poor little ones. My dd suffers badly with constipation all the time but this recipe atleast gets some extra fibre in her for packed lunch at school.
100g butter/marg
100g caster sugar
2 eggs beaten
75g self raising flour
3 weetabix crushed up
50g choc chips or broken buttons in plain, milk or white choc
preheat oven 180 degrees(350 f) and line bun tin with 12 paper cases
cream butter and sugar together and slowly add egg, beating well. fold in flour, weetabix and choc chips until evenly combined. spoon mixture into paper cases and bake for 20 minutes until golden brown.
