please help my little one is 4 months old and has not pooped in 7 days i'm getting a bit worried. He is bottle fed. he had his 16 week injections on Monday which caused him to spike a temp so he has had plenty of calpol (i have herd this can bung them up?). I have tried massaging his tummy and cycling his legs but nothing so far. when should i be concerned? he doesn't seem in pain or too uncomfortable as he lets me rub his tummy. any advice would be really appreciated.

I remember having this with my oldest at around that age. She's 17 so advice then was to start to wean at 4 months; I gave her a spoonful of prime juice.

It worked rather TOO well.

I don't know if you can do that now - perhaps ask your HV?
