Help! I am lazy (with a 2 year old and a 6 month old as my main excuse), and I got a gel pedicure last summer. I never took it off 
and just let it grow off thinking I'd get round to it.
Trimmed my toenails, and noticed my big toenail polish was lifting up. I pulled it off (very easily), and have been left with this in the exact shape of where the polish was. What the hell is it? It's not sore, smelly or anything other than discoloured. Help!
