Itchy foot - please help me find a cure!

I have had an itchy spot in the arch of my right foot for years

It drives me mad, especially at night when it seems more noticeable!

There is no dry or red patch or anything visible

Please...does anyone know something to make it stop itching? Urgh

Sorry no cure but I have the same issue on my shoulder blade. Nothing there to see but it itches hourly.

I had this at about 14-15. Got worse in bed and never figured it out. I did get chilblains years later which felt similar.

It's such a mystery - even the doc and chemist didn't have a solution Confused
