It's really painful

Noticed my finger was sore a few weeks ago, it felt as if it had been cut with glass.
Then I thought it was a splinter so poked and it bleed a lot.
I put hydro cortisone cream on and it got a bit better.
But now its back. It feels very sore , like a pin being jabbed in. The skin starts out a bit crinkly and then these spots appear. They arent raised and don't get a head.
There is slight swelling to the joint nearest to them.
