I just had one inserted today! Bit crampy down my right hand side, can I ask how long that lasts?

Doesn't last long at all.
Mine was only a day and a bit of spotting.

Am halfway through my second (and probably last - I am that old!) one and the swap over was painful but for the rest of the time it has been bliss. No more painful periods.

I need mine swapped later this year, am not looking forward to it! I'll need one more after this ones...

Mrs Bungle I have had bleeding throughout first month, had to use pad everyday and still. Can last up to 3m apparently. I find that a bit of a chore. Also been quite crampy and crappy on and off.
