What I think is a spot... down there...

Sooo for the past few days I've had what I assumed to be a spot in my bits, has been a red bump and felt quite tender/sore. Today in the shower I went to have a look at it and it was bleeding. It's now a quite big bump under the skin and looking a bit bruised. What the hell is this and what do I do with it?!?!

Is it a cyst? I get them on my inner labia sometimes and they are really sore. Hot bath can help.

Probably a cyst but find a local sexual health clinic and get them to check it out as the bleeding sounds unusual? Wouldn't bother the GP!

Sounds like whatever it is may burst soon. Maybe Epsom salts in warm water (I think it's Epsom salts)?

Could well be a boil. Have you tried a hot compress?

Inner labia really. How will I know if it's a cyst? I really just thought it was a spot (have been exercising a lot lately and figured it was because I've been a bit sweaty) but the fact I hadn't even touched it and it was bleeding is what worries me?

I only shower as hate having a bath, would soaking it help?!

I would definitely try a bath. The heat might encourage it to pop.

It was a picture of the spot itself not the genitals! That would be inappropriate and weird Hmm
