Incredibly itchy nose

The inside of my nose is unbearably itchy, keep feeling like I am about to sneeze but then nothing happens which is really frustrating.
I am having to blow nose around every 2 mins - could this be causing the itchiness?!
Also have cough cold etc generally not feeling great but it's the itchiness and needing to blow my nose/sneeze that's most irritating
Thought I could be allergic to something but unsure what?
Any advice appreciated

I get this feeling when exposed to perfumes in detergent and household cleaners. They don't have to be in a spray, just opening a bottle of fabric softener or whatever starts me sneezing.
