Loss of Sex Drive

My Mum will kill me for this but I don't know how to advise her. She has totally lost her sex drive and cringes when my Dad comes near, what can she do.

Shehad a complete hystorectomy several years ago Fio and has no HRT the Doc says she doesn't need it.

HRT can do wonders
