I have normal regular periods I am not on contraception but dh has had a vasectomy so no ttc .
The last two months I have had period type pains on and off through most if my cycle. No other issues but it's not usual and can be pretty painful stabbing just for a few minutes. I don't really want to go to the doctors I have this stupid fear of going 
. Is there anything I can do?
I am overweight by a few stone so maybe something to do with that?
