Conjunctivitis & Breastfeeding?

Me and DD both have conjunctivitis. Is there anything I can do/give her to ease the discomfort and swelling? And what can I take given I'm breastfeeding?

I think I've read before that you can use breastmilk to help an eye infection but I currently have nipple thrush so that's not an option unfortunately.

Coconut oil??
Clean with cooler boiled water and cotton wool.

My daughter had this recently. She's 2. Wouldn't let me near her with the drops or cream the doctor prescribed. It cleared up on its own quite quickly actually x

Breast milk. Apply it with cotton wool, the milk contains antibodies

Took her to the pharmacy last night and it's apparently infected so been advised to take her to a walk in clinic today. On our way now.

Unfortunately I can't use breastmilk as I've currently got thrush.
