Bleeding dark red clots

Hello, I know the resounding answer will be go to the doctors and I will but could do with some reassurance in the meantime. I'm in my early 30s and have been bleeding on and off for about a month - sometimes red but mostly thick stringy dark red clots. I've also been constipated and bleeding there too (I'm a vision aren't I) and having quite severe leg and back pain. I'm on Cerazette but have been on it years and not missed doses so don't know why it would cause random bleeding now? Has anyone else had this? TIA

You do need to see a doctor like you say. Are your smear tests up to date?

The constipation could be causing the bleeding from that end. How long have you had the leg and back pains?
