my toes are always freezing and are white, like the blood supply is limited (also my fingers are always cold too tho not white)

when i get in the bath my toes burn at first like the water is boiling (but isnt) then my whole body feels warm except me toes,

it feels really weird, like they are numb

any ideas on what this is? should i be concerned?

thanks

Afaik there are different degrees of Raynauds and if it is mild then they don't bother treating it - so unless it bothers you I wouldn't bother!

Also - do you have low blood pressure? I do and have permanently cold fingers and toes as a result - so it could just be that.

If it causes you actual pain though (eg when coming in from outside, rather than just getting into a hot bath), then maybe see a GP.

They won't tell you unless it is too high! Mine is 90/50 but I only found out when I mentioned to the GP that I would black out when I stood up !

Do you get chillblains - this used to be the main problem I had with the white toe thing - probably because of the way I warmed them up suddenly! One year my GP gave me tablets to improve my circulation, but then I found being more active improved it. Now I just try and keep them warm and to be honest never notice they are like ice. dh complains when I put my feet on him! Means I can make v. good pastry as my hands are always cool, but can't warm a glass of wine to get the aromas out.
