painfull boobs

mid cycle the last few cycles.
it feels like my milk is coming in iyswim. both boobs but one (always the same) more than the other.

I have started having the same. I am 43 so thinking it might be a perimenopause symptom. For me it's one boob and not the other. I suffer from severe health anxiety so it has freaked me out
