These marks keep appearing on my nails, mostly the same fingers. Wear and tear, age (30!) or diet related?

I get these too! For me it's got worse since I started getting psoriasis. I also have ME/Cfs and various other illnesses which could contribute not to mention the massive amounts of medications I take.
