My right big toe often twitches a lot at the moment, particularly at night which is quite annoying. I've had this before with my right thumb. Googling suggests 'benign fasciculations'. Does anyone else get this and have you found anything to stop or reduce it? I am otherwise in good health and not suffering from stress or anxiety, although sometimes have trouble getting to sleep.
