Wondering about the advice in minipill leaflet...

I'm breastfeeding atm so have been given the minipill Micronor. I was reading through the leaflet that comes with them, and wondered why they include in the leaflet information about stopping the minipill if you have symptoms of a blood clot, pain in the legs, strokes etc, when my doctor said that you don't get these with the minipill and it's more associated with the combined pill. Just curious that's all! Thanks for any help.

The minipill has a reduced risk of clots compared to the combined pill, not no risk.

Thanks for clearing that up for me.
