Feel freezing but normal body temperature

Not really looking for advice, but just interested in why this happens! I've got mild flu symptoms. A couple of times today I've felt absolutely freezing, such that my ears and fingers have been really sore but had a temp of around 37.5. Why does this happen?

Well for me, 37.5 would be a mild fever. My normal temp is around 35.6. Not everyone would know their usual temp though.

Otherwise, if you have a virus, you can feel like this without a temp - but I'd just assume that this is a tiny bit high for you.

Hope you feel better soon!

Hmm, don't know my normal body temperature actually, just assumed it was fine as below 38. Going to OOH gp tomorrow, as I think it might be a UTI.
