at least it was that way round

dh has borderline high bp and has (she says politely) a bit of weight to lose

his sodding cholesterol was 4.3 and mine was much higher ggrrrr

He was very chuffed

(have you tried that Hellman's extra light mayo - tis v good, can hardly taste the difference but far less fat than the normal stuff)

I'm sure only a small part is diet - most of it seems to be genetic

if it was mainly diet, dh's would have been sky high and mine would have been really low

Yes sadly sometimes it is simply down to genes. I'm due for a review this summer, will be interesting to see what my level is now.

Did you find it weird when you actually looked properly at your diet? I though I had a reasonable diet but didn't realise how much butter I cooked with
