Any recommendations for pelvic floor exercises and reminders?

I just set reminders on my phone four times a day but my physio has set me specific exercises

Tena app was r something similar will find it for you when off shift. It allows you to set reminders alarms and to set a pace also

The NHS has an app called Squeezy that's great (as long as you don't just repeatedly ignore the reminders, ahem ).
