pinprick rash on breast

For the last few days I've developed a petichia type rash on just on of my boobs
Has anyone else had this.
Don't want to go docs if it's nothing
Just looking for peace of mind really

If it's where yr bra touches, could it be detergent allergy? Or underneath breasts, could be sweat?

have you scratched it or irritated it. I find if the skin on my breasts get irritated and itchy and I scratch it and petichia rash appears and takes awhile to disappear. It happens every now and then and has done for ages so I dont think about it. No medically I kind of assume that the skin is thin and sensitive and scratching it brings the blood to the surface but that is entirely without foundation!
