Bleeding after sex

A few months ago I was experiencing some bleeding after sex. It wasn't spotting but a full blown period. At first I put it down to coincidence, I had the implant and my periods were all over the place anyway. Saw my gp who said it's probably nothing as my last smear was OK but to get my implant removed and see how it went.

I had it removed in September. Had a period 18/10, then 18/11. December's came on 14th after dtd the night before but as it wasn't very early in didn't worry.

Now it's happened again. I can't go to the gp yet as I'm still bleeding heavily and last time she couldn't check my cervix with the blood. I don't want to Google so I'd appreciate some ideas as to a non serious reason this could be happening!

Bumping

This is an uneducated guess. If it looks like a period then it's probably a period. Maybe your hormones aren't quite back to normal after the implant. Obviously there are times when you DTD but don't get a period, right? So you are not 'bleeding after sex' you are having irregular periods that's what I think it is.
It sounds like an early period to me. If you could track your ovulation, you might find you get the period 14-16 after that. Ovulation signs are a lot of egg white mucus during the week of ovulation, and you might detect a small pain/pressure in your lower right or left abdomen on the specific day.
Your dates say your cycles were 32 days, 31 days, 27 days then 23/24 days. I had irregular periods all my life and those kinds of cycles sound familiar to me. Having regular periods means the same number of days between each (Day 1 is the first day of the period), not that the period occurs around the same date each month. Also bear in mind that you won't easily know when your fertile time or your 'safe' time is, so you need to not take chances with the contraception.

It just doesn't feel like a normal period though. There are subtle differences although you're right that it hasn't been long since the implant came out so it could just be settling down.

There are times we have sex when nothing happens though so I suppose that's a good sign

Just been to the toilet and had 3-4 big clots just fall out

I have irregular bleeding,and it's been thoroughly investigated beginning with an internal scan. Keep a diary of any bleeding plus clots. It usually takes a while for the referral.
