Had surgery 6 weeks ago - abdominal hysterectomy. Large scar right across my bikini line but other than that it all went well. I definitely have some weight to lose and the surgeon recommended walking, which I have been doing.
This freezing weather isn't brilliant for being outside though and I'm looking for other things to do. I used to like Body Balance, Pilates, Zumba and yoga classes, nothing too intense and nothing involving weights. Would that be OK or should I stick to the walking??
