Me and dp have had violent bouts of diarrhoea spanning 2 weeks on and off.
2dc who haven't had it and eat the same as us.
We don't feel ill so to speak, just nauseous. It seems to be the worst after eating a big meal. It's burning and violent and just won't shift. We've both started again after Christmas dinner after nothing for 2 days. What could it be?! No vomiting and no fever.
