Whats the deal with eggs nowadays???

My DS has recently developed a passion for eggs, something he wouldn't touch until about a month ago, in fact he would probably eat egg on toast everyday if I let him , but I know years ago you were only recommended to eat something like 2 eggs a week due to the cholesterol, but haven't they recently been 'absolved' and are now seen to be a good supply of omega6 or something like that.

So how many eggs a week are safe???

TIA

I heard that it was a oad of rubbish - there was no evidence that too many egggs increased choloesterol.

I certainly wouldn't worry about too many eggs (within reason) for a child unless thye are overweight.
