Weird patch on eye!

I my DH just noticed this weird patch on my eye, not visible when I look straight on, right on the side of my eye. No pain I didn't even realise it was there. Any ideas?

Aargh! This should come with a warning!

I think it's a harmless subconjunctival haemorrhage. I'd get it checked if it doesn't go soon though.

No I agree it is horrendous. Eyes are gross

No one here can tell you it's definitely OK. I can tell you that a couple of times a year I get something that looks like that and the optometrist says it's fine. Mine clear up on their own.

Yes you're absolutely right of course. Just figured so close to Christmas I probably won't get an appointment anywhere and google will tell me I'm already dead so here seemed like a good idea. I'm sure it'll be fine, I'll see to it if it gets any worse :) thanks for your reply
