I have suffered with pmdd/severe PMS for as long as I can remember. I am due on Christmas Eve/Christmas day and this week pmdd has reared its ugly head. I am gutted! I have loads of family to see/things to organise and I have just "crashed". I am overwhelmed, depressed and a bit of a nightmare to be around tbh. I know in my head this will pass but it is honestly like I have some sort of personality transplant! Sorry for the rant!
