ive had pins and needles in my fingers since yesterday morning, and last night i also had pins and needles in my face and tongue, which was very bizarre.
i dont know whether to go to the gp or not, has anybody experienced this?

Parasthesia (the pins and needles) can be a symptom of B12 deficiency.
Do you have any other symptoms? Common ones for B12 are exhaustion, brain fog, clumsiness, 'air hunger', palpitations or racing heart, sore or red tongue.

Yes in my feet occasionally -I have an under active thyroid -and my feet were very tingly before diagnosis.
It could be loads of different things eg Vitamin B12 deficiency -(pernicious anaemia), folate deficiency, diabetes etc etc.
Book an appointment with your GP ASAP.

I put my exhaustion down to 3 DC and a DH who worked away - it wasn't!
Definitely worth a gp visit in any case, something is going on. Good luck
