Antibiotics and avoiding thrush...

So have finally had results for the ear infection from hell, and as it's staphylococcus aureus they are treating with strong antibiotics.

I haven't taken a course for years, but it's always the case that I get extremely aggressive thrush when I do. I can't deal with it next week, I have so much on my plate! and I want birthday sex

Is there anyway to avoid this with preventative action? Or do I just have the Canesten to hand and wait for the onset?

I use Multigyn Actigel for general thrush avoidance as I'm really prone to it.

I find it works really well and I notice when I don't have any. Could be worth a try?

I'd never heard of it so I'll look into it now. Thanks Megan
