Come diagnose me please!
I have had almost no sensation other than tingling like pins and needles in my left thumb for about 6 weeks. I have similar patches up my left arm. None anywhere else. Sort of numb but painful.
I also had some carpal tunnel symptoms but the numb patches pre dated them and have remained despite the carpal tunnel mostly resolving. I was using a laptop rather than a proper keyboard.
I had a numb patch on my arm a while back. I took B12 for a few weeks and it went but that may just have been coincidence. Obviously now it's back and worse. It's persisted through my osteopath visit which did help the carpal tunnel.
Other than trapped nerve are there any other avenues I should be looking at? Googling left arm numbness is not an edifying experience!
