Lump in throat / chest feeling - reflux?

Anyone got any experience of this? Feels sort of like pressure or a lump in my throat sort of midway down , it comes and goes but I'm noticing it mid morning and after dinner most. I don't have heartburn. It isn't something I've experienced before and I've had it on and off for a few weeks now. I will go to the GP but wondered if anyone had had similar or knows what the GP may suggest...

I have this when my anxiety is bad - could it be related to that with you? Sympathies as it's a horrible feeling.

Thanks - I went to the GP yesterday and I did mention that I have suffered with anxiety in the past . There were no physical issues so the GP thinks it may well be anxiety related. It actually seems better today so maybe now I'm not worrying about it as much it is improving!

That happens to me too. I remember when I first had it I was terrified, but then I read it could be anxiety related and felt immediately much better! I'm glad your doctor could help.
