Frozen shoulder

Waiting for an MRI for this with option of manipulation under anesthetic, capsular release or hydro dilatation. Has anyone had this and what was your experience of it. how long afterwards before I start to get some range of motion back and did you get a reduction in pain once the intial post op period is over?

I didn't have any of the above I'm afraid but had a 6 week course of intense physio on the NHS that worked wonders. Apart from that I effectively let the whole thing run its course so it was pretty much 18 months from first symptoms to them going.

I didn't even know you could have the treatment you've mentioned! Hopefully someone else will more experience
