How do healthy people avoid picking up germs?

For the last six months I have had cold after cold and tummy bug after tummy bug.

My toddler picks germs up from nursery and I always seem to catch them of her. DP never does.

I have a good diet, take daily vitamins, wash my hands all the time.

What am I doing wrong?! Or is this just normal for a mum of a toddler?

You are probably just tired and a little run down. I remember being this way when my son was at nursery. I had loads of things one after the other. Try to rest and it will get better. Sleep was my issue. Once I started sleeping better I started to fight things off quicker and then didn't get everything that he got each time.
