All week I keep feeling sick and I really can't be pregnant. Wonder what it is?

Labrynthitis? Infedtion of the inner ear, makes you feel sick, but also affects balance as well.

I do tend to find that if I am constantly on edge then I feel nauseous after a while - like a worse version of "butterflies in stomach" really. And the fact that you are worrying about your mum probably has an impact too.

Can you do some relaxation exercises? I do deep breathing exercises (usually in bed before I go to sleep, otherwise I will lie awake worrying!) and it really does help.

Yes could be, it happens after some you have had something like a cold, or ear infection. The middle ear gets infected with it.

If you feel dizzy as well, you might have it. Although when I had it, I felt sick for the first 2 weeks, and then the dizziness and vertigo took hold.

Shaking your head a lot very fast is meant to help.
